The final step to becoming a full active member of JMI. The pledge is not a formality — it is a public commitment to the movement, to your community, and to the principles of justice you are choosing to stand for.

What You Are Committing To

⚖️Justice Above AllTo uphold Social, Economic, Political, and Environmental Justice in every action I take as a member of JMI — and to hold myself accountable when I fall short.

🤝To My CommunityTo serve the citizens of my ward or village honestly — not for personal gain, recognition, or power, but because justice demands it.

🏛️To the MovementTo participate actively in JMI's governance, campaigns, and community work — and to honour the democratic processes that hold the movement together.

🪞To AccountabilityTo accept criticism, acknowledge mistakes, and remain open to being corrected — by fellow members and by the communities I serve.

After the Pledge

Once your pledge is submitted and verified, your induction is completed through JMI's internal membership process — ratified by your local unit. From that point, you are a full active member with all the rights and responsibilities that come with it.
